COVID-19

Pacesetter is currently operating under normal business hours. We continue to have our sales and customer service staff working remotely to assist you. We are currently manufacturing essential protective safety barriers (Sneeze Guards) with a limited production staff that is following social distancing and safety guidelines. In addition, we continue to fulfill recognition product orders as needed, however, production times may take longer than usual. Therefore for large quantity orders, please contact customer service for current production time.

 

Pacesetter will continue to support our customers as long as it is safe for our employees and essential to our customers. We’re all in this together. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.

On April 1, 2020, the Governor of Illinois extended the "Stay-at-Home" order until April 30th. This requires an extension of our Chicago Plant closure until that time. However, sales and customer services are available to assist you, and our U.S. satellite factories continue to be operational, fully capable to produce many of our stock and custom line items . Please call customer service for product information.

During the global COVID-19 pandemic, we at Pacesetter Awards want to reach out to our business family to let you know we are here for you and to update you on how we are adapting services to manage the current situation.

 

As of March 20th, the Governor of Illinois imposed a “Stay-at-Home” mandate for all non-essential businesses until April 7th. This requires us to close our Chicago plant operations until that time. However, as a centralized Chicago based operation, we have contingency plans which are in full effect.

  • Our remote based sales and customer support is fully operational to assist you

Dear Valued Pacesetter Customer,

 

We at Pacesetter Awards are sincerely hoping that you and your families are healthy and weathering this crisis as well as possible. As this subject has progressed, we have tried hard to protect our customers and staff from COVID-19 by several methods. We are monitoring and following the CDC and City of Chicago healthy department recommendations closely. As of today most of our office work staff will be working from home with full connectivity to our ERP system and art files. Our production staff has been dispersed as much as possible around our factory. We have created our version of social distancing, personal hygiene and clean/disinfecting policies which we will be strenuously enforcing.


Servicing our Customers

As most of the demand for our product pertain to the accomplishment of individuals and teams over several months, we are expecting that there will still be a need for our awards. Recognition is a very important connection point that is even more important now.

Orders in House or Upcoming – If an event is canceled, that doesn’t mean that the recognition of past efforts is not important. It may be even more important. To that end, we are working on more solutions to provide for a drop shipped award to connect with the excitement of the event. We will insert with each award a letter from the presenter, even personalized at no extra charge. We will insert brochures etc. that may also be related to the award as needed at no extra charge. Any other needs to help with the logistics/fulfillment of these orders will be considered.

While our industry is taking a hit at this time, we are encouraging you our distributors to redouble your efforts to provide solutions for your clients that make sense. If those solutions might mean Pacesetter products or services, let us know any challenges. Be assured we will not let you down.
